It's well-known that fighting in the Pacific was brutal, but what was it like to keep fighting when the major battle was over? Come meet our Company K volunteers portraying a squad of Marines tasked with "mopping up" on Peleliu, and step back into history as they clear out stubborn positions with the M-2 flamethrower! Flamethrower demonstrations will be held at 11:00am and 1:00pm.   

 "Step Into History," programs are educational, drop-in experiences held on select weekends at the National Museum of the Pacific War and are included with Museum admission. Visitors of all ages are welcome to stop by, ask questions, and engage directly with history.
